This site, duluthradon.com ("Duluth Radon," "we," "us"), is operated by Rad LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the specific rules we follow for text messaging.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us on purpose. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.

• Contact form submissions. Your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, and anything you type in the message field.
• Phone calls. If you call us, we receive your phone number. Calls may be recorded for quality and accuracy; if a call is being recorded you will be told at the start of the call.
• Consent records. If you check the box consenting to text messages, we record that you checked it, the exact wording shown to you, and the date and time.

What we do not collect

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers of any kind. It loads no external scripts or fonts. Nothing about your visit is recorded unless you actively submit the form or call us.

How we use your information

To respond to your request, schedule a radon test or mitigation estimate, and follow up about that request. That is the whole list. We do not send newsletters, we do not run marketing campaigns to people who did not ask for them, and we do not sell data.

Who we share it with

Duluth Radon connects homeowners with radon professionals licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health. When you submit a request, the contact information you provide may be given to a licensed radon mitigation or testing professional serving Duluth so they can contact you about your request. That is the purpose of submitting the form, and it is the only reason we would pass your information along.

We also use ordinary service providers to run the business — a phone and CRM platform for handling calls and messages, and a website host. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers, advertisers, or marketing lists.

Text messaging

We only send text messages to people who have given express consent by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form. Consent to receive text messages is never required in order to get a quote, book a test, or hire anyone.

• Message frequency varies based on your request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
• You can withdraw consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP, calling us, or emailing us. We will honor it.

How long we keep it

We keep request and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to document that consent was properly obtained, then delete them. If you want your information deleted sooner, call or email and we will take care of it.

Your choices

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging services for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle text messaging will be reflected here before they take effect.
